Handling Time

Each artifact is inspected, photographed, and packed to order. Most pieces ship within 1–3 business days; handcrafted talismans and numbered editions may take 5–10 business days to prepare before dispatch.

Fulfillment Partners

Standard inventory ships from our fulfillment partner facilities. Handcrafted and atelier pieces ship directly from the maker — Prague, Bucharest, Vienna, Marrakesh, Florence — each origin noted on the artifact page.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Tracking

Every shipment carries a tracking number, dispatched by email the moment the artifact leaves the vault. Watch it travel.

Occult & Restricted Items

Certain ritual artifacts are subject to the import laws of the destination country. We are unable to ship restricted materials to regions that prohibit them; affected orders will be refunded in full.

Returns

Costumes and wearable relics may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Handcrafted talismans, numbered editions, and intimate items are final sale.
